Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These terms apply when you request pool service from Nace Pools through our website. They're meant to be readable, not to trap you — if something doesn't match what you were told, the store manager's word governs, and you can always call to sort it out.
Requesting service
When you submit a form, we create a profile for you and place you into the next available route slot so we can get started quickly. Submitting the form is a request — your rate and first visit are confirmed by us (by text, call, or email) before service begins. If your pool needs recovery work first (for example, a green pool), we'll route that appropriately rather than starting a standard weekly cadence.
Pricing and plans
Weekly service is available on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. Your quoted rate covers the service described to you. Prices for additional work, parts, chemicals beyond normal maintenance, or repairs are quoted separately and confirmed before we do the work.
Scheduling and access
We service pools on a route schedule and will let you know your service day. Please make sure our technician can safely reach your pool and equipment (gates unlocked, pets secured). Weather or conditions outside our control may occasionally shift a visit; we'll keep you updated through your portal.
Contact consent
By checking the consent box, you agree we may contact you by text, call, and email about your service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.
Cancellation
Because plans are month-to-month, you can cancel weekly service by letting us know. Service already performed in the current cycle is billable. Contact the store to cancel or pause.
Your customer portal
Weekly service customers get an AquaVision portal to view visits, water readings, and messages. Keep your login to yourself; let us know if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Limits
We stand behind our work and will make it right if we get something wrong. To the extent the law allows, Nace Pools is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our responsibility for any single claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under Texas law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
