This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you give us when you fill out a form on one of our pages to request pool service. We keep it short and honest — if anything here is unclear, call the store and ask.
What we collect
When you fill out one of our service request forms, you give us:
- Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
- Your contact information — mobile phone and email address.
- Your service address — the street address, city, and ZIP where the pool is.
- Details about your pool — for example its current condition (clear, cloudy, green), so we can schedule the right kind of first visit.
We also automatically receive basic technical information when you visit these pages, such as which ad or link sent you here (campaign tags in the web address) and standard analytics data described under “Advertising and cookies” below.
How we use it, and how we'll contact you
We use your information to quote your service, schedule your first visit, and manage your pool service going forward. When you check the consent box on the form, you are telling us it's okay to contact you by text message, phone call, and email about your service and quote — including scheduling and appointment confirmations. Message and data rates may apply to texts. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information lives
Your information is stored in AquaVision, the service platform our team uses to run pool routes, log visits, and communicate with customers. Access is limited to Nace Pools staff and the technicians who service your pool. AquaVision is our software provider and processes this data on our behalf.
Advertising and cookies
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether our ads work, our landing pages use the Meta Pixel — a small piece of tracking code that sets cookies and similar technologies in your browser. It tells us, for example, that someone who clicked an ad went on to submit a form, and it helps Meta show our ads to people like you. This involves sharing certain activity with Meta. You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie settings and through your ad-preference controls on Facebook and Instagram.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text message from us at any time and we'll stop texting you. Reply HELP for help.
- Stop calls or emails: tell us on any call, or reply to any email asking to be removed, and we'll honor it.
- See or delete your data: you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@nacepools.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Some records may be kept where the law requires.
Children
These pages and our services are intended for adults arranging pool service. They are not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
